I have a spring stamp camp this Sunday from 1:00-4:30 and this is one of the cards you can make.
You'll make four 3-d projects and 4 cards at this fun class.
This card uses the Party Pants stamp set and the Balloon Bouquet punch.
The Party Pants stamp set is free with a $60.00 order. I used Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper, Pool Party Glitter Ribbon and a Bow paper Clip Embellishments on this fun card.
