Wax Paper Resist!

I have a fun technique to share with you today.

It's called wax paper resist. You need Glossy White card stock #102559 $7.25 for this to work.

Step 1: Cut a piece of wax paper the same size as your glossy cad stock and crumple it up.

Step 2: Place the wax paper between two sheets of Glossy card stock. (You'll have an extra sheet to play with later.)

Step 3: Place a piece of copy paper over the glossy card stock and iron with an iron. No Steam!

Step 4: Sponge some Classic ink over the glossy card stock. Wipe the excess ink off with a tissue. I used Rose Red ink.

Step 5: Stamp an image over the glossy card stock with Black StazOn ink.

That's it! Super easy!

Here's my card:

I stamped the bird from the Four Frames stamp set with Black StazOn ink and punched it out with the Decorative Label Punch.

I used the new Flower Garden Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and Melon Mambo chalk on the card as well.

Contact me to hold your own private party and try this technique and make this card.

Happy Stamping,
