I made this cute card using the Happy Wishes stamp set and Just Add Color Specialty Designer Series Paper. Both these are Sale-a-bration items.
I colored the designer paper with clear blocks. I inked up a block with Pool Party, Sweet Sugarplum and Lemon Lime Twist ink, spritzed the block with water and stamped on the designer series paper.
