Stampin'Up High Tide Card!

When I first saw the High Tide stamp set, I thought it would be so hard to use. Boy was I wrong!!!!

This is such a fun and easy stamp set to work with with tons of possibilities.

We'll be making this card at my next card class.

To make this card you need the High Tide #143006 and Gorgeous Grunge #130517 stamp sets.
High Tide Photopolymer Stamp Set

Gorgeous Grunge Clear-Mount Stamp Set
You also need Soft Sky, Island Indigo, Night of Navy, Cherry Cobbler, Smoky Slate and Black Archival ink to make this card.

I started with a piece of 3-3/4" x 5" Whisper White card stock. I stamped the lighthouse image with Black Archival ink on the Whisper White card stock and also on a post it note. Cut out the post it note image to create a mask.

Stamp the lighthouse with Cherry Cobbler ink. Cover with the mask.

Sponge Soft Sky ink over the Whisper White card stock. Using the edge of a post it note, vreate a horizon line with Island Indigo and Night of Navy ink.

Stamp the ground with Smoky Slate ink, the birds and grass with Night of Navy ink and the water with Island indigo ink. Sponge the edges with Island Indigo  and Night of Navy ink.   Sponge Island Indigo ink over the water.
Stamp the rain with the Gorgeous grunge stamp and Smoky Slate ink.

Use the Decorative Label Punch to punch out the greeting. Tie Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine around the card stock and attach to Cherry Cobbler card stock with 4 Stampin' Dimensionals. Attach to a 4-1/1" x 11" Whisper White card base.

If you live in Canada, I would love to help you with your order.
